Looking after yourself generally is so important. 

In  this current pandemic situation it becomes even more important to keep healthy in both body and mind.

We can often feel isolated and alone when we can't meet our friends and family, and can struggle with our feelings.

Here Suzie from the nursery shows us some simple techniques to help us be mindful.

All these have useful, practical tips and ideas to help you support your child at home. 

But remember that your well being is important too.  Make sure to take some time to do something that you enjoy, just for you:  go for a walk, take a long bubble bath, just sit and watch a programme on TV, turn the music up and dance!  

Whatever you enjoy, do it for you!
