What’s on this term

Autumn Celebrations—Friday 5th November

We will be celebrating everything Autumn; Diwali, Bonfire Night and Harvest.

The children will be singing the songs they have learning and telling the Diwali story. 

Sadly due to the ongoing COVID situation we are still being advised to restrict large numbers of adults coming in to the school, so we are unable to invite you in to watch.  We will record these for you and upload them to YouTube.

School Photographs

The photographer will be at Cherry Trees on Tuesday 9th November 

The children will all have an individual photograph taken and one with siblings who attend nursery with them if appropriate.

Please be aware that we never force a child to have a photograph taken so please understand that if your child becomes upset or refuses we will not make them, and we cannot accommodate extended family photos.

The photographs will be taken during your child’s session at nursery and if they are not due to attend that day you welcome to bring them in to have a photograph taken.

Christmas Celebrations

Carols at Group time  -  Friday 10th December

We will be singing our Christmas songs at group time; 11.00am in the morning and 2.30pm in the afternoon. Again if the weather is being kind we would love you to come and join us in the garden for some singing. 

 

Christmas Story  —  The children will be retelling the Christmas story on Tuesday 14th December
